OPEN DAY – SOCIAL & SALES EVENT – 11th MAY – Big Spring BBQ!

We have teamed up with selected Brands to host for you an amazing Event here in Dunlop, Ayrshire. This Event will be one to remember with Industry Chefs and Brand Representatives present to answer all of your questions whist cooking up a storm. Below is a list of Brands that will be present so why not come along and join in on the day. Early Bird Ticket entry is only £10.00 and we can ensure you that you will get your moneys worth with this one! Second Ticket Release Coming 2024.

KAMADO JOE – LIVE FIRE SQUAD
Kamado Joe will will be in full swing at the open day showcasing what these beautiful grills have to offer. We are Flying up a surprise LIVE FIRE CHEF from the Kamado Joe Fire Squad to put on a great show. They will be cooking up a storm all day with food tasters for everybody to try. A great chance to share tips, stories and have a chat with one of the best BBQ Chefs in the UK.

GOZNEY PIZZA OVENS – TEAM LIVE FIRE
Gozney will be the 2nd Brand at our open day. They will be flying up specially to spin pizza and much more for all guests attending. Their Special Chef is part of the ‘Gozney Team Live Fire’. This is a great chance to talk all things dough and all things pizza. Making their own dough before your eyes they will be spinning out wood-fired pizzas all day! Believe us when we say its the best pizza we have ever tried! Tasters from these guys will BLOW YOUR MIND! Gozney – “Its always nice to share a slice”.

TRAEGER SMOKERS – TRAEGERHOOD
Traeger are the 3rd Brand to be in the mix for our open day. For the first time ever, Traeger will be flying up to face the Scottish smokers. Putting on a show they have promised with some low’n’slow lovin! A star guest from Traeger will be on hand to answer any questions you have whist smoking up some treats for everybody to try. New or old Traeger Fan? It doesn’t matter. Your part of the TRAEGERHOOD! Its the best opportunity to have a chat with the face behind the brand in the UK.

EVERHOT COOKERS – EVERHOT COOKER TEAM
Everhot Cookers are the next team to be serving up a feast! They have decided they just can’t miss this one. Taking the indoor kitchen by storm, will be one of the Everhot Team Chefs. Somebody who has lived their life around range cookers. The perfect person to take inspiration from and ask questions about your new or old Everhot Cooker. Tasters will be coming all day, why not warm up inside and nibble on some perfect bites.

KADAI FIRE BOWLS – DOMINIC EATON 
Kadai Firebowls are the the next brand to come on board for the Open Day. They have decided they can’t miss this event and want to show us Ayrshire People how its done. Cooking over live fire. We will be cooking on one of their recycled Indian firebowls using the Asado Cross and other Kadai Accessories. Dominic from Staffordshire will be on hand with Ed (From Auldton Stoves) to fire up the Kadai and put on a show. Why not grab them for a chat and try a taste of true back-to-back yard basic cooking.

DELIVITA PIZZA OVENS – PIZZA SPECILIST CHEF
DELIVITA are the next brand to jump on board our Big Spring BBQ Event. Delivita are a new brand for Auldton Stoves in 2024, a fantastic range of British built pizza ovens and a great bunch of people behind the brand. These guys do much much more than just Pizza, and I am sure you will love to see them in action. Inspired by Italy and made in Yorkshire our ovens combine great design with modern technology. Entertain in style with a DeliVita outdoor oven, perfect for cooking pizza, steaks, fish, and vegetables. We can’t wait for this.
