At Auldton Stoves we are committed to making sure that our customers get the right product for their home. To do this, we get to know our customers as well as possible so that we can establish what product is best for their home. Building these relationships with our customers is incredibly important and we always like to welcome new customers to our Showroom in Dunlop Ayrshire as we always believe the best way to build a good customer relationship is with face to face communication.

1. Family owned company
Auldton Stoves is a family run business, Naomi Murphy has over 35years’ experience in the industry, she co-founded the business after growing up with her parents selling wood burning stoves from their family home in the Lake District. Her husband Mark Murphy joined the company in 2003 and has over 15 years of knowledge, he is now a Company Director. Every generation of the family makes sure that they are involved in some way. Ed Murphy (son) became a full time employee this year, Jodie (daughter) works in sales on her days off as a full time nurse and Tamar (daughter) works in the Office at weekends when she gets time off University. 2. Generations of knowledge
Speaking of generations, the fact that Auldton Stoves has years of experience means that we have an extensive knowledge about the chimney and stove industry. We use our expertise and knowledge every day offering advice to our customers when they purchase their product. We also have a trade yard next to the showroom for other Stove and building company’s buying through Auldton Stoves. We always look to broaden our knowledge and like to research the latest products and designs to ensure that Auldton Stoves provides customers with new exciting products.
3. Great new showroom
The showroom in Dunlop always gives our visitors a warm welcome and the team love to help and show off our latest products. We have a variety of products that are on display in the showroom with over 60 stoves on display, many of which are live to create a warm cosy atmosphere. We find that this helps our customers visualise each product and how it could work in their home. We want to ensure that our products live up to our and our customers expectations. The team are fantastic at arranging the showroom so that every product has a place to shine. We really do have a stove to suit your style!
4. Customer focussed
We think that it says a lot that the majority of our business is built on recommendations and word of mouth. We believe it’s because of our strong customer service from the Showroom staff to our fitters. Everyone treats each other how they would like to be treated and we go above and beyond to help the customer. Our fitting teams work hard to ensure that the finished article is to the highest of standards, they really do take extra care with fine details. We believe this commitment to customer service is unrivalled and it is integrated from the sales team to the delivery drivers.
