The Jøtul Terrazza XL is a larger and taller model that has a raised view of the fire. The fireplaces are made in Corten steel which gives a rustic, rusty surface after a short time. This rustic clean line design gives an industrial modern look, stylish enough to fit within any luxury garden or courtyard. The rust also protects the steel from the elements so that the fireplaces can stand out all year round. Jøtul Terrazza XL has a large opening with good access from the sides and front, this allows for easy loading of fuel and a great large view of the fire.
Giving that the firepit is taller and the firebox is higher off the ground it means that the XL Terrazza is better suited for patio’s and can sit onto combustible material, At Auldton Stoves we advise a hearth or Corten steel plate is used to insure safety if something falls out when burning.
