Auldton Stoves- Covid19 Update

Auldton Stoves are excited to be opening the doors to our showroom on Tuesday, 30th of June. The showroom has been under development to insure that it is a safe environment for our staff and visiting customers. Initially we are opening on a appointment only basis to control the number of customers in the showroom at any one time. If you arrive without an appointment don’t worry, if the showroom is busy we may ask you to wait a short period of time before entering.
Showroom
We will be constantly sanitising the showroom to insure a safe shopping experience. We ask customers to reduce handling of products i.e. Doors, Stoves and BBQ’s. Where possible we will be taking contactless payments, with sanitiser gel and spray on hand for customer and staff use. We encourage customers to book and appointment.

Stove Installations
Stove Installations have resumed on a restricted capacity with safety measures in place. Servicing and Sweeping are still not in operation due to multiple house visits required in one day. Although we are monitoring this and hope to get back up and running shortly.
Home – Site Surveys
Auldton Stoves are slowly getting back into home site surveys. Where possible to restrict contact we are remotely surveying work with videos and/or photos via video call or email. If you are happy with your estimate, We will then visit your home to take a risk assessment and confirm installation quote. This will be done externally through windows where possible. We will be taking socially distancing measures and be equipped with sanitiser gel, spray and masks. This is for the safety of our staff and customers.
Fuel / Firewood
Auldton Stoves are aware that over lockdown we have been unable to supply our usual firewood to our longstanding and loyal customers. We have just taken in our stock of Kiln Dried Birch and look forward to seeing some friendly Customer faces out on our socially distanced delivery’s.
Online Shop
Auldton Stoves Online Shop is still operating as normal. We appreciate the patients of our customers waiting for grills, hot tubs etc. We aim to provide a quick and hassle free delivery, please note delivery may be effected due to Lockdown supply issues.
